The Old Forge Kitchen offers a rustic, luxurious venue situated in the picturesque landscapes of the Waikato. While we have been a functional restaurant since 2019, we have been doing event caterings since 2014. We offer a range of different caterings styles to best fit your event. The Old Forge offers high quality food and beverage services for all events, whether this be on site or at another venue.
Whether it is a birthday meal for 5, or a wedding for 150, we can accommodate for all types of events.

Facilities and Venue
The Old Forge is an exquisite venue located in the picturesque country side of the Waikato, offering a rustic charm with their exposed wooden beams and luxurious interior to accommodate for all guests.
Our venue can accommodate comfortably for up to 100 guests. Whether you seek an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, we are equipped to accommodate your preferences and requirements with precision.
Our venue offers a large indoor and outdoor space, providing flexibility to host your event outside, weather permitting. For those seeking a more intimate setting, we also have the option of our private conference room upstairs. This space can accommodate for up to 20 guests and is equipped with a TV screen and HDMI connection for your convenience.
Our venue offers two booking options for your event. You have the choice to reserve the entire venue exclusively for your event at an additional cost, or you may opt to host your event while other diners are present, providing a more economical alternative.
